Hi there!
I’m Claudio Romero, a software developer from Brazil 🇧🇷.
I’ve been on the journey of computer programming for over twenty years, mostly working with public and private companies to build web-based distributed systems. Even though I have some experience, I still feel a strong excitement for learning new things and sharing knowledge.
What am I learning at the moment?
I’m diving into React and TypeScript, and I occasionally work with Node.js, Next.js, and Java.
Lately, I’ve also been revisiting my roots from my undergraduate days, exploring systems programming with C, Rust, and more recently, Zig.
Learning in public
I firmly believe in learning in public. It’s a powerful way to deepen my understanding, gather valuable feedback, and expand my professional connections.
I’m also convinced that teaching is not only rewarding but also a fantastic way to grow and learn myself.
Creating this blog
With that in mind, I decided to start this blog as a shared learning journal. My goal is to document what I learn and share insights that might be helpful for others in the future—even for my future self.
